Guild Wars 2

i have weapons that are not showing up in the collection achievement that i have gotten before the achievement came out. i have bought more of the weapons from the merchant in fractals that i have had unlocked already in hopes that they would show up in the collection. needless to say that didnt work. :-( Can you please look into this and fix it so i can get my mastery point, thanks for your help

it says when we do 6 runs we get 5 achievement points and a bag,, well I done 14 full 6 runs for achievement points got the bags but never got the achievement points,, it says it gave me 50 points but it didn’t ,, also if you do 14 runs times 5 achievement points shouldn’t that be 70 achievement point? or did I go to wrong math class? just doing all I can to get my achievement points up only to be let down that im not getting the points after hours of game play,, please look into this and fix it
