I can confirm that letting it sit for a while might fix the issue. After reading that people just let it sit for 20 minutes or so I tried the same thing and it did eventually download the last file even though most of the time it said the speed was 0 kb/s

I also bought the game today and have the same problem. I have tried uninstalling avast and messing with my firewall. I haven’t yet let it sit for 10-30 minutes as a couple of people said, but I will try that now to see if it fixes it.

I just bought the game today and the exact same thing is happening to me. The download stops at 99% with 1 file left and won’t complete no matter what I try (got rid of avast, turned off firewall, moved the file, etc). I have downloaded and deleted it twice now and the same thing has happened. Right now I feel like I have wasted $60. Not to mention I had taken the day off and was looking forward to spending it playing this game all day. instead I have been fighting this issue.
