Same here. Sent a ticket and multiple GM’s have confirmed that it is added to my correct account. Still nothing in game or in the “my accounts” page.
Not sure if this is a widespread issue, but if it helps narrow down a cause, I purchased the standard edition last Thursday from the official purchase site.
