Trying to maybe get an answer here. I want to transfer to a different server. I understand I will be charged 1800 gems to transfer to a “Very High” server. That is not the problem. The problem is that there is not an option to buy JUST 1800 gems via credit card/debit. I know I can buy 1600 gems and then buy the other 200 gems via in-game currency. I dont have that type of in-game currency.

Since you are charging people 1800 gems on a pretty much regular basis is it possible that the 1600 gems be changed to 1800 gems? Or would I be able to call a Customer Service number to just do this over the phone? Seems like a lot of trouble for me to give you money for a transfer. (I did put this on the suggestion board btw)

Would love to see an 1800 gem option to pay for in cash/credit card. I want to transfer to a “Very High” server but its charging me 1800 gems. I know I can buy 1600 gems with real currency then buy 200 gems with in-game currency. I would like NOT to spend my gold since its hard for me to get money in-game (dont ask I always have had issues raising in-game currency).

So i know this is a suggestion (I did already post there), but since you are charging people 1800 gems on a regular base, cant you work on just maybe increasing the 1600 to 1800? I want to transfer, please consider this.

I am also not going to purchase 2800 gems just to get the 1800 I need.

My suggestion to you is to have 1800 gems as an option since its going to be a regular price to transfer to “Very High” servers. I am willing to pay cash for those gems, just not anymore than that. PLEASE consider this so i can transfer in the near future.
