there’s a solution here from towelcat. It worked for me.
All of us (GMs) have character names starting with GM (GM Proheals, for example). We are online 24/7 and responding to reports sent by you via the in-game reporting system. 98% of the time we’re invisible clearing bots and the like.
To remove someone using hacks (teleports, speed, etc) we have to witness the act in game so you must use the in-game reporting tool. The only exception is if you can point us to chat where the player cheating has said they are using a 3rd party program.

I’m not sure if this question has been asked but how fast can you respond to reports?
Like if I see someone doing hacks/bugs/glitches how fast can you respond before this person gets out off the area or stops what he is doing and you won’t be able to witness the act?
I feel you all… We’ve been switching between BLUE and GREEN for a month now. Ridiculous!
Yeah I’ve been lagging in drytop for the past 12 hours already. I played last night and I gave up because of the lag and this morning is the same.
What upsets me though is no one here in Anet is trying to tell us why.
Does this also restores the legendary to account bound before you soul bound it?

Yeah… We would like a Yes or No answer. But I’d say we all in here agree we do not like the new predator sound. 100% negative feedback on that.
Since the look of the Predator had gotten changed from a plasma theme to a fiery theme, the sounds have been updated to follow suit. I hope you enjoy your flame rifle!

Yes please… It’s not a flame sound. More like a warrior horn skill “Call To Arms”
Honestly… I do not like the new sound effect. I like the old one so much.

it sounds like the 5th warrior horn skill “Call To Arms”
if you guys listen to that skill sound. You’ll know it’s the predator sound.
