TESO is always compared to GW2 because they have the same mechanics.
I already played their BETA and I feel that Im still on Tyria. I feel like GW2 is being cloned. But then a lot of players are pushing that game so hard. So how can Arenanet keep GW2 on the top?

Its hardly a clone. TESO doesn’t have heart quests and dynamic events like GW2, teh RvR is different. The ESO world is not as open as GW2. The classes and levelling mechanics are completely different.

And you forgot Wildstar.

In my point of view, Wildstar looks really like WOW ( actually I really hope it could change a lot, back to the old days in version 6.0). Now I’m temporarily waiting for the alpha test for Star Citizen ( maybe next year XD). I played pre-alpha of Gloria Vicits, it’s like a HD version of M&B.
Any better ideals for MMOR this year expect of ESO?

ESO seems pretty meh tbh, as I said, it is a decent game but nothing too huge, it is nice but nothing evolutionary. It is like most other games when they release something that is a bit underwhelming considering the title. Aside from ESO, nothing this year.

Everquest next year is your best shot and we don’t know how well they will do it neither how will they will handle the free to play model.

What I could say is I tried the alpha pack of EQNL, the game is nice but with very poor optimization, I hope EQN could be better. Right now I even couldn’t find a good laptop to play EQNL. It’s looked like SOE is doing the same thing as what they did for EQ2.
Yup, ESO isn’t as good as skyrim, and it’s just like SWTOR by some means.
Well, I hope there would have good MMORs in the next year. Or I should say MMOR is dying.
