Thanks Inculpatus. I searched for “resetting” before posting, to see if someone else had the same problem, but I guess the proper word would be “reset”.
I’ll keep the other thread at hand, in case the problem persists.

I had a topic about this in the support site, got an answer to open an in-game bug but I can’t find the “right” Area/Sub-area for this.
For about a week and half now, my account doesn’t seem to be resetting properly: After I select a character, the daily achievements jump to completion immediately. By that I mean that, in the character selection screen, I can see that I have completed 0/5 dailies; after selecting a character and getting into the world:
- Dailies jump to completed after reset, but no sign of laurels/karma/magic find/achievement points.
- The krait obelisk doesn’t allow converting crystals to charged crystals.
- The home instance nodes all appear consumed already.
- Most bosses do not have a chest.
And today, at the first day in the month, my monthlies also jumped from 0 to 3 completed just after selecting a character, but no sign of achievement points for this (actually, I have the slight impression that my achievement points went down instead of up, but my memory is not that good and I forgot to write them down before logging in).
It’s like my account is trapped in the “The Groundhog Day” set and just reliving the same events over and over again.
