Celesital-like stats except focused on certain things like damage-dealing or healing. As in, all of the stats would provide the same +10 or whatever bonus but be focused in certain areas as to create more focused kinds of balanced stats.

This would be really nice. Something like ’Defender’s’ being balanced between Vitality, Toughness, Healing Power and Boon Duration, and ’Slayer’s’ being balanced between Power, Precision, Crit Damage and Condition Damage/Duration.

Also interesting, let people with crafting create account-bound exotic/ascended gear with an arbitrary 3-stat combo. For example make inscriptions/insignias from 1 raw material, and then 3 different T6 mats. Then you can just look at the stats on what people build and make some of them into droppable items.

WvW Dolyak Upgrade

I agree. There should be more interesting options for building up a supply camp, including buffing the dolyak to make him more resistant to damage/able to get where he is going.
Single players should be able to take down a buffed dolyak, but not in one hundred blades, and not while there is a player guarding it.

In short, I suggest replace the 30,000 influence Guild Bounty unlock with 3 unlocks:
Guild Bounty 1, 5,000 Influence and Art of War 3
Guild Bounty 2, 10,000 Influence and Art of War 4
Guild Bounty 3, 15,000 Influence and Art of War 5

I think this is appropriate because smaller guilds that can afford these new prices for guild bounty tier 1 or 2 can probably handle those tiers. This would make this great new content available to a much larger portion of the population. A similar approach could be taken with Guild Trek.
