The problem is my friend whose account name is Jchigo.8634 is hacked and the ticket number with the problem is 120909-002278. Person reviewing this ticket understood it wrong. I have written in this ticket once, me kadmon, cause my friend doesnt know english well enough. And that person told its a security breach and he cant help cause my friend should write the ticket himself. Which he DID. He created the ticket, I only wrote in it once saying i am a friend writing in it. Dont know how could he understand i am him wanting to help another friend ;p But thats not so important, just wanted to find help for my friend cause he doesnt have his account for 7 days now and I feel guilty for messing things up. Hes account Jchigo.8634 is hacked. And that account is online and someone is playing it for 7 days now. Please if you can, help in any way.

I written in it, me kadmon.7431, cause i know english better than my friend. My account is ok, hes account was hacked. Im writing this cause you didnt understand this problem so im clarifying this cause i feel stupid for causing more problems than helping him. Please help my friend Jchigo.8634 whose account is hacked for 6 days now. Just review the ticket listed above, review it and give my friend his account back. I would be gratefull for a fast respeonse to the ticket.

Hello my friends account was hacked. I saw the hacker playing in game. I would like to ask for some assistence and reaction in this matter. He created a few tickets, cause he was strasses but number of the ticket which should be used in this case is written below.
