Nobody here has enough information either to support you or to claim that you are tricking. We have to leave it for Anet to solve it.

This ticket was answered on the forums 3 days and older thread.
i have seen other people reverting to the forums and they got feedback from the moderators and got their account solved. i have never done RMT and i dont get why i am banned for it. the ticket is still open, so i think they didnt even look at it.
they are supposed to close the ticket once it was answered. Areanet has clearly made a mistake.

ps. they have “Solved” it but that is not justified.
I dont know if another ticket would help.

i made a thread today about my ticket and it got reviewed as
121221-003023 RMT — will not be reinstated. Final answer.
i made a forum thread about this, and it got moved and got mailed.
i clicked on it and it didnt show where it was moved to, so i think it got deleted.

my ticket 121221-003023 belongs to jsvkkie.2037
i made 2 threads total, one for the ticket 121221-003023 and its still open, normally id think you’d close it. i have updated this ticket several times and did not make a 2nd ticket to follow up on this. never had a reply from anyone, the only answer is that i got banned forever.
can you relook at my ticket?

ps. this is my 2nd ticket, i had another ticket on some other issue i was experiencing which occured 2 days prior to the 2nd ticket. the first ticket was done with back and forth replies but this ticket has no replies at all. therefor i felt that the 2nd ticket wasnt looked careful over and/or ignored.

i’d like to know why i got a permanent ban and no resolve for RMT, while im 100% certain i did not do RMT and yet got banned because of it

it has been 48 hours since i filled in my ticket and i know that its not 3 days old, but id like have my account back before christmas.

i have been banned before on 19 december, it said i was interacting in real-world money. i went to the support website, filled in a ticket and tried to log on the game to see if anything changed, it did, it then said that my account was insecure and someone might be trying to log on my account, this issue was resolved aprox 4 hours after my ticket.
the reason i think for the first ban was of the black lion trading company, i bought 1000-3000 ugly wool sweaters and spammed the button “take all” and then got a disconnect.

on 21 december i got banned for interacting with real-world money, which this thread is about. i was playing on my ranger and had to go to work, when i came back from work and tried to log on, it gave me an error. saying i was banned for assisting in real-world money. this is not true.

i have updated my ticket 121221-003023 several times over the past 2 days, and still have no response. I’d like for someone to see in this ticket and resolve this issue.
