Just run jumping puzzles and and hidden chests on level 20-30 characters. You’ll almost always get silver doubloons in those chests.

The rule of thumb is 1 keystroke = 1 action. What you are proposing is 1 keystroke repeating the same action multiple times. My guess is it’s bannable.

Considering that’s the event that kicks the whole chain off, that would affect the entire event chain, meaning it will spawn less often.

Someone was asking (in the thread that is now deleted) for a source stating Black Lion key runs were not an exploit.
