Terminated account solved but still concerned

Let me try to put things in perspective for you. I have a US account that was hacked by China. They hacked my account, stole all of my gold from my characters and vault, removed every item from my vault, sold it too, collected the gold and left me stripped, broke and void of everything I had worked so very hard far. This Chinese hacker most likely took my gold, transferred/mailed it another hacking account and sold it for real money. As a result, I’ve been unable to play for 11 days now. I still don’t have my account restored, I’ve missed the entire Winter Holiday events, as well as, everything you just listed above. Arenanet is trying to block and prevent these hackers from collecting and selling our precious gold from innocent victims.
So you’ve resorted to transferring items to each other through the guild bank. Isn’t that what it is there for? Step back and look at the big picture. Yes, you were inconvenienced for a couple of days. You were red flagged for moving gold, which apparently was large enough to raise eyebrows and Arenanet took measures to stop it. All you had to do was submit a ticket, they reviewed it and gave you your account back. If a few people have to be inconvenienced in this manner to try and prevent hackers and gold farmers running off with innocent people’s gold and earned items, I believe that is a small price to play until they get a better handle and containment of those who will abuse the game and rob the innocent.
Yes, I know Arenanet are doing their job to weed out the hackers and gold farmers but it is also their job to keep their real players, those that have been investigated and found to be innocent, to be happy and satisfied. It is very unnerving to have my account terminated and not getting even a small explanation or apology. These kind of issues, no matter how big or small, changes my view of the Top MMO of 2012 you know?

3 days ago my account was wrongfully terminated for suspicion of assisting in the selling/buying of gold but it was restored to me today. I am grateful that it took only 3 days to restore my account despite it being the holiday season. However, I am still concerned about what got my account terminated in the first place. Not even a single explanation or apology was given to me let alone compensation. 3 days may not be a really long time to some but to me I felt that it was pretty long and I missed out a lot (Daily Achievements, Daily Fractals, missed tonnes of dragons, Wintersday jumping puzzle daily, daily mining, daily dungeons) and I feel that it is only right of Arenanet to compensate those that were wrongfully terminated in some way. I’m sure those in the same shoes as I am are frustrated and unsatisfied too. I’m also concerned what if the same thing repeats again in the future. Me and my guild members are now worried about sending gold and items to each other for fear that our account will be terminated and have resorted to transferring items to each other through the guild bank.

Magic? Explain.
I have friends who completed world exploration but did not get the gift either. And when they go to the Chantry of Secrets even if they discovered it before, they still got their gift from there. Hopefully it works for those of you with the same problem.
