I wrong to use a new serial code in a permanently closed account,?actually,I also have responsibility:a month ago,I was go to buy a serial code in another sellers,and I don’t know it’s payment fraud.so when it’s closed,I thought use a new serial code to activation account. certainly,account closed still?
English is not my mother tongue,it’s hard to use English speak,so I hope you can read this and thank you for help me.
