I heard Fear The Insane is a hot girl. Should probably join

My party and I have been trying to enter Crucible of Eternity Explorable Mode, but always get an error, so we can’t even get into the dungeon. It seems the error only occurs when trying to enter in Crucible of Eternity, since other dungeons work for us. We have tried restarting our game and restarting our computers, but still get the error.

The problem started happening after one of our runs where we encountered a weird situation. While we were already in a run, half of our party appeared to be in another instance and unless we stood next to them could we even see them again. So, after that run, if we try to start another run we get the error that states, “The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time. This is most commonly caused by firewall or router settings, security applications, or connecting through a campus network. (Code=19:9:18:1803:101).”

Now I’m sure that that isn’t the problem for me or my other party members since we all can’t enter the dungeon. Is there a way to fix this so that we may start doing the dungeon again? Thanks in advance.
