I doubt that there’s any scaling going on at Knights, if there was it wouldn’t take that much more time for 20-30 people to kill one compared to full 50.

I’ve seen few times full 50 people at knight and yet it still took them over 8 minutes to kill him. There’s definitely something that wasn’t supossed to be the way it is now. There seems to be no scaling at all at knights, they are just in their “strongest” state from the beginning.

I’ll say it again, it’s not a matter of getting 15/15 meta because that can be done with just dailies, it’s a matter of getting all the LS achievements which is denied to us because of bugged content & because our success to get them depends on random people we have no control of.

So that’s 6 achievements for this LS that I may not get because of other people!!!

Let’s put that into perspective:
~ That is 35% of achievements
~ That is 25% of the max Achievement Points earnable

Which is how many points exactly? 20AP? 30AP? I mean, really, you guys are this upset over not being able to get AP that can be made in a matter of days doing daily achievements?

Sometimes I really wonder about the people that play this game…

It’s not about points, I’m a completionist, I like to get all the possible achievements there are, missing even one ruins my “collection”.

It’s a multi-player game, of course it’s going to have multi-player achievements. Even Xbox games that allow online multiplayer have achievements for it.

Within GW2 there’s also the World Boss achievements and dungeon achievements which require multiple people working together, and probably others I don’t remember right now so I’m surprised this is only becoming an issue now.

You don’t get the point, for dungeons u can just get your friends that are well coordinated with you to get the achievements, for world bosses it often takes a lot of time & effort for people to finally kill them (like 3 wurms) and those world bosses are permanent, meaning u can get the achievements anytime u want, for LS u only have 2 weeks to do so, while first week always end up as people beta testing the actual content because it is always full of bugs that prevent u from getting the achievements, after that week people loose interest in it so u can’t find anyone doing it, therefore u are unable to get the achievements. Achievements shouldn’t be dependable on totally random people & luck but on our own skills. It was like that with Marionette for the dodge achievements, even if u dodged every attack u still had to hope for others to finish their platform in order for your achievement to count, now it is the same thing with those 3 knights, in order to kill them in under 6 minutes u need a well coordinated group of 150 people (50 at each knight, otherwise u won’t be able to get them under 6 minutes) which is almost impossible to do.

only need about 30 at each night (25 -30) .. with 40 or 50 preferably at Blue. Red & green will manage with 25-30 people easily.

Did u ever try this after the patch ? I just did green with around 25 people, it took us over 12 minutes to kill it (would take longer if red & blue haven’t joined us after killing their knights), while red & blue had around 40 people they still weren’t able to kill them under 6 minutes.

the achievement is bugged, u won’t get it even if u kill all of them under 6 minutes.

both of the achievements for the Prime Hologram are just illogical. Why would u have an achievement that makes people either stay away from the fight so that they won’t get hit or not hit the enemies only because if they do it without all attunements they will lose a chance to get the achievement (“In Tune” achievement).

Same happened on Desolation today, killed in under 6 minutes and no one got the achievement, but in each subsequent attempts u hear of someone getting it from just killing 1 Knight.

It’s also very annoying when I enter the portal to fight the Prime Hologram only to find myself downed on the floor because I spawned right at the scorch mark, this happened to me 5 times in a row, making it impossible for me to get the “No more tricks, Scarlet” achievement (“In Tune” also, since u can’t get downed for it). Please do something about this. Also the “Six minutes to Knightfall”, we managed to do it under 6 minutes yet no one got the achievement, but then u hear of people getting it from killing just 1 of the Knights, it’s just ridiculous. There’s also something wrong with how the fights with Knights scale up. Fix your stuff anet and don’t release bugged content.
