I was banned wrongly for bot, macro accusation, filed a ticket and got me back to the Tyria. It took them 3 days to fix the problem.

I had the same problem.
i got email saying that my account had been restored at 3:00 pm and i tried to log in, got the same error msg. i updated my ticket saying i had those problem. and i tried to log in like ever 15 min. now is 7:55 i got logged in. They didn’t send me any updated e-mail that it will work now, but i got on.
