I just purchased the game through the website and everytime I start the downloading it runs completely fine then just restarts and stays at 0. I looked up and tried to find a solution to the problems but none of them have worked, I tried deleting the file and rebooting my computer and I tried running it as an administrator. None of these worked and it just does the same thing stuck at 0kb and says the programs not responding.
