Hello Guild Wars 2 Community,

I’ve been recently encountering a connection problem. I only can stay logged in for ~3 min before it disconnects with an error message shown in the picture attached below.

I’ll appreciate all your help.

What if i switched to windows 7 64 bits ? Will it solve my problem ?

Hello,

I tried to follow your instructions Kylla but it didn’t work :/ As for Windows i can’t update it because it is not genuine ( we can’t get an original copy in my country ).

Hello,

When I click on’’ Play "button a black screen appears for 4-6 seconds. Then it crash.
I hope that my problem will be solved as soon as possible, please ! I didn’t want to pay to watch the logo and enjoy the error text !!
