I lost more than 30G because I removed all of my order and they didn’t appear on my pick up

I removed order and sold something but I didn’t get any money from the pick up, there is no change

For extend, what I mean is that I can’t get any money from pick up!

I remove the order and sold something from black lion trade company, but I didn’t get any money. Is it the bug?
