This exact same thing has been happening to me and my friends….7 months later and it’s still happening?! what is this?!
My boyfriend lost his serial code and his account has been compromised.
He submitted a ticket 4 days ago and has yet to hear a response other than that it was escalated (3 days ago). The ticket number is 440775.
Could someone please update us as to what is going on with this and how we can arrive at a resolution.
