I can’t find a definitive answer anywhere as to what exactly proc’s the talent heal resonator “When you use a healing skill, you apply regeneration to nearby allies.” I found somewhere that each skill has a “tag” or “tags” that determine what it does and doesn’t proc. I haven’t found any confirmation as to the tag/s attached to the med kit’s healing abilities.

TLDR; Basically I’m wondering if the med kit’s med blaster will proc Heal Resonators Regen.
