Exposed Weakness: Redux

Was able to get all the other achievements from this story except this one. Even after fulfilling the requirements of this achievement, as shown in the image. Wasn’t sure if I had to interact with the crystal to “officially” get it, so when I did— the story just progressed and now i’ll have to do this all over again.

we just finished Molten Boss when the “Ready” to leave screen popped up, so we all pressed but we were all still there. then one guy tried to leave party but he was still there with us (but not in our party). we all logged out to character screen but now we literally can’t “Play” anymore. it’s disabled.
