Last wednesday i was wrongly banned for gold selling after only having the game for about 2 days, i opened a ticket and told them that i believed i had been hacked as i hadn’t engaged in such activities, i gave the necessary details i was asked for and thought that it would be sorted.

i try to log in on sunday night to see if i was still banned and received a notification that my account had been suspended due to an unauthorised access, i was wondering if this was related to my account being sorted or if its another issue on top of the last one, the reason i’m asking here as i don’t want to open multiple tickets and waste someones time if it’s part of some solution.

I haven’t had further correspondonce regarding my account since saturday, i log in today just to check and see if i’m still banned and now i get a message saying:-

“We have detected that your account may have been accessed by an unauthorized individual. for your security , further access to the account has been suspended until this matter can be resolved. to restore acces to this account, please contact support and one of our representatives will assist you”

Thing i was wondering was if this was my account getting sorted after the false gold selling ban or if it’s an entirely new issue.

I’d advise the patience thing too, i got a pretty fast response from the team but my account hasn’t been fixed up yet.

i appreciate it takes time to get it all sorted and i’ll be waiting patiently, these guys no doubt work hard to help everyone out just give them some time.

A lot of people here are saying their receiving no info about this. not a few hours after i put in my ticket did i receive a message back being informed that actions were being taken and to provide some details (no passwords obviously).

Surprised how quick i got the responses tbh, i guess your mileage varies, just hope it doesn’t take too long to get back in the game.

The gold selling thing literally just happened to me, very surprising considering i only got this game 2 days ago and I’ve been leveling and exploring.

Really hope it can be resolved properly and soon as i was having great fun with the game, and also really don’t want to have wasted £40.
