Can it run GW2 smoothly? Even WVW without hitting low setting and below 35 fps?

I mean my ping spikes up to 4k sometime though

I’m doing good played 4hrs last night no error or dc so far. But if i buy it will it decrease the lag i have?

How do Cyber Ghost really work? I’ll just click start protection and thats it? Also is it normal that my ping is going high because of VPN?

Can anyone help or suggest?

Any VPN that works good for GW2? free or paid. Cos im encountering packet loss. So I want to use a VPN can anyone suggest? thanks

So i tried forwarding all the ports needed for GW2 the one encircled in black is the first one I tried and I get this

On the first picture the one above it is when I was about to make a new port but I don’t know what to put in the start/end relate thing because I tried putting the same number but it didnt work. Can anyone help me please? Thanks
