So I’ve been doing wvw for a fair while now and am of the belief that almost all of the tactics involving terrain and siege placement have essentially been exhausted and unfortunately the visual appearance has gotten a little stagnant in many ways. So my proposition is this:
All 3 borderlands are the same as to not disadvantage a server, but the skins differ according to the colour you are. For instance blue could be snow themed, green jungle themed and red a desert theme. Of course with this you could get a different visual representation on each server but not be disadvantaged or advantaged over another server.
The second idea could be to have a possible 3 “eternal battlegrounds” utilising the same mechanic with keeps and a castle but alter the map layout. With eternal you could change things more easily and make a bit of variety with layout etc. if you rotated these weekly across all matchups it would definitely add some new tactics and a refreshed take on wvw without disadvantaging a server.
