I wonder if changing the CPU will give me better results ? The best I can find is the i7 6700 3.4~4Ghz but it seems to be very close to my 3.4~3.8Ghz 3570 so…

I plan buying/building a new desktop PC and I wanted to buy a Samsung 950 pro M.2, for the read/write speeds comparing to sata3

I tested on 2 more or less same computers with 64bits client and graphic options are high/1080p :

1) Windows 10 Family / i5 3570 4core 3.4~3.8Ghz / 8Gb RAM / Samsung 850 EVO 256Gb Sata3
2) Windows 10 Family / i5 5287U 2core 2.9~3.3Ghz / 8Gb RAM / Samsung 512Gb M.2

With CristalDiskMark I have the benchmarks :
(1) read = 550MB/s write = 522MB/s
(2) read = 1375MB/s write = 1228MB/s

So I expected the loading of the maps to be much faster, but nothing impressive :
(Sata3) vs (M.2) in seconds
game launch : 13,63 vs 14,19
loading Lion Arch : 6,87 vs 6,43
back to character selection : 1,27 vs 1,12
loading character 2 to Lion Arch : 6,87 vs 6,43
LA → Malchor : 10,27 vs 10,13
Malchor → E.B. : 6,95 vs 5,65

Ok the M.2 is faster but I don’t think I will buy one… I’m a bit disapointed, I don’t know why the results are not better with M.2

Same problem, from Belgium too. Lots of disconnections and lot of try to come back ingame. 4 hours of fractals and never able to finish one run…

I would too ! I want to take back the beautiful Ascalon and rebuild it, also Nolani and the Hill horn, and Surmia

And when all is free of the Charrs, I will build statues of our past heroes : Rurik, Devona, Aidan, … and of course the best of all… Alesia XD

Then I will settle South of Ascalon and became a red iris merchant !

PS : I’ve played a Charr and I liked it, I like their culture and so, …but they can continue their life in the North, Ascalon is ours !!!!

I did the test and it’s fun (i fact i had to do another test to know whitch Harry Potter house I was lol )

I’m playing Warrior for a year now, with 3800 toughness so close to the gardian,
but I still prefer warrior :-)

I’ve made a list and completed all the maps, always on home server with my main character, and do the event from beginning to the end and always get the rewards, but I’m still on 12/13.
I’ve been disconnected once (Sparkly Fen) and didn’t get the reward but then did it again a get the reward.

I’ve done some maps again but I don’t know which one failed, i want to cry !!!! XD

I finally bought it, the sound has been fixed. And I don’t think the animation will change, it’s more like a garden rake than a sickle…

btw, I stored it in the bank… I don’t like this big eye looking at me…. it scares me….

Since the Molten mining pick, I wanted to have the 3 unlimited harvesting Tools with a cool icon and animation, but this one :-/

I hope they will do something ! and a nice one for the wood, later
