Guild Wars 2

my wife and I both had problems figuring out the mastery system. hell most of our guild who got a portal played like 10 to 30 mins and just gave up. this is a system that we could easily do without.

this test for me was kinda a lets down. it felt like a mix of dry top and silverwaste but with more green in the landscape and a couple of new npc and monsters to kill. it didn’t fell very thought out, felt more like add on to silverwaste then a exspantion .
the new rem. class was the bright light in the bata. great job on the skills for it and the hammer, loved them. do wish we could switch weapons.

the skill/trait unlock system was a bit confusing to most people. I think new and some old players will be turned off by it and the whole grind to unlock the skills/traits. it was just too long of a grind and really didn’t get time to enjoy the benefits of the work put in.

the map was beautiful, but hard to navigate. and took a bit to understand for some. more people logged out and didn’t come back then I feel that stayed to enjoy the new map.

I understand yall only let us play with one class for this test. but it was a bit of a let down not to be able to play with new prof., I for one was and am drooling to check out the new Mesmer skills!
the ele was a let down with the whole pistol thing. it makes no sence. a sword is what everyone was expecting and hoping for…..hint hint elemental sword skin from gw would be awesome

have a ton of our in game controls turned off really sucked! I couldn’t clear my screen, see what was going on in my guild. I know this was more about the server load tests, if that was the case give us more to find the kinks! hell ive had more issues with in game chat and blacklion trader then anything else lol.

so I guess my overall grades would be: D+

OK WOW ????? i know this was a stress test but WTH! we couldnt test crap! EVERYTHING WAS LOCKED!!! how r we testing the anything if we cant test ALL content!
