Mmh.. I was missing the Character Model Quality option on Highest indeed, it was set on High only even by setting all the presets on Best Appearance

Still doesn’t look as clear as the “preview” but hey, it’s way better now I’ll take it ;D

Are you trying to say that depending on the day time, you can have your high-detailed-hair turned into potato-quality-texture-hair ?
Because of “lighting on the character” ?

I was pretty excited about these exclusive hairstyles that you could get through the makeover kits, it looks awesome.. ..but then once in-game :

I maxed out every graphic options.. Is it supposed to be like that ?!
