Thank you both, unfortunately wiki doesn’t tell me where the best place to farm these mobs is, any ideas?

Unfortunately I was away from the game during a lot of the recent living story in LA. I really want to create a spinal blade back skin and was wondering if it is still possible to farm blade shards, and if so where is the best place to do so?
