Of course, as any abusive behavior in game can and should be reported, so should behavior in such channels that diminishes another players game experience.

Hello everyone,

please allow us to create and manage private chat channels. Since the flexibility in the guild system results in characters (of friends or people in an “alliance” e.g.) being spread out over several guilds, it would be a massive help to be able to have everybody in one chat channel. Friends could then represent whatever guild they want and still be able to comfortably chat with one another.
