Yes, having same issue as others who have posted here – hit F5 and CA skills load up and then are instantly gone. It happens whether I am in combat or out. Or whether my pet is alive or not. Or whether my character is actively moving or not etc… I have not found a single instance where it behaved properly since LWS3 dropped
