Guild Wars 2

So tmwr is boxing day and I was going to upgrade my pc.
I have
GTX 560 ti 1 gb
4GB of ram
AMD Phenom 940 X4 3.00GHz
150 gb hard drive

I was planing upgrading my ram to 8 GB (oh btw I’m upgrading for guild wars 2)
but i know guild wars is CPU intensive. If i were to upgrade I would be looking at the AMD bulldozer X8. Oh i heard Solid state drives help with load times and with pop in.
I only have enough money for 1 so which would help me with fps the most
