PvE Gears with only one type of stats?

One of the things that I don’t like about Guild Wars 2 is the large number of stats.
I understand. With many stats, we can customize our characters. But, in my opinion, a single type of stats, should be more usefull for costumize them.
I’ll try to explain:
1. no problems for the dungeons. With the same stats, nobody would look for “only bers”.
2. idem for the WvW and generic PvE
3. Would be more easily in balancing. Now every skill must be balanced for hundreds of combinations.
4. We could can change our role in the party easily. Now if I’m a full berz I can’t use support skills such as characters with cleric armor. But with same stats, I can use all the skills and be efficient
5. Just ONE ascended armor and ONE ascended weapon. Casual gamers (and some hardcore) have the problem that now if they wanted to change role, they must craft new ascended set. That it’s very expensive.

I can imagine the reply: “but with only one stats we’d all be identical”. Well, no, I don’t think. First, support and controll character would do the same damage as a dps. But they could use supports skill instead dps skills. Secondo, for customize characters there are traits.

Yes, this would be a great revolution for the game. But, in my opinion, the benefits would greater than the disadvantages

Guild System Improvements

As many of you know, the guilds are and always will be an essential element for a MMO, but in Guild Wars 2 seems to have been lost many of these fundamentals. I have several proposals to improve the management of the guilds, to exploit them and to ensure that they are what should be in a MMO: a group, a home.

Member Informations

Managing a guild is not easy, and often there is no need to do that the game provides the fundamental elements for the control of those who are in it, such as:

  • A timer that marks how long a guild member is offline.
Guild Wars had this feature, why not bring it back in the second chapter too? It would be useful and important to understand how many people there actually active in large guilds (example: http://oi44.tinypic.com/dbl43l.jpg).
  • Guild you are representing.
Unfortunately, the multi-guilding system is not used as it should, and a lot of people join different guilds to reap the maximum extremely beneficial. Knowing which guild is represented by them, would help to decide against them.

Guild Halls

Yes, I know, lot of people asked for them many times, but I think they’re a lot important for the growth of a guild and as a place of aggregation. On the Guild Wars’ there were merchants, banks and many other things unlockable, why not do it here too? Many guilds would benefit would be more compact only for their existence.

Guild Scores

Guild missions have been added to the game, and most are very nice, but after having made ??several times, except for the commendations, become repetitive and lacking in fun. Why not implement the scores for guilds with the charts as there was for the Challenges of Guild Wars? I think many would appreciate it.

Guild Merits

The limit of 250 merits is reached easily, once unlocked all the missions, and even if you take up every day the +5% gold buff (the only one useful), there is no way to spend them completely, which is quite nosense. Would be useful to implement other buffs stronger than the normal ones such as +10 supply for WvW (obviously with commendations against the normal 5), more banner and consumables.

I hope that at least part of the post is taken into consideration to improve the game, because I think that guilds are the heart of it.

We want the content that is already here fixed and working as intended.

I know that the need for Gem Store sales and to try and to convince more people into spending $60 for a broken game is important too, but unless you want to suffer huge levels of bad publicity, you need to just throw your arms up, admit you kittened up and get to fixing everything FIRST.
