I often wish there was an option to change your commander pin color for organization purposes, it would be extremely helpful in many situations. Is there any chance of implementing a pin color change (on the fly) option?

I know I have sent emails to the wrong person, possibly more than once but I can’t say for sure since I can’t see my outgoing email, or can I? I tried to search for an answer to this before posting so I apologize if the answer is somewhere here..
Additionally, if I can’t view my outgoing emails, will this be implemented? I can’t imagine I am the only player that has sent wrongful emails.. For some weird reason, nearby players find the way into the TO section when I compose an email so I have to watch it like a hawk but sometimes… it doesn’t always work out like that.

Do I need to just forget about the cogs and other items I didn’t receive with the email I described above? Please advise.
I have logged in, Ive done all the dungeons and my email has like 3 emails in it.
My wife has an email from Tixx with all these wonderful goodies.. The email says it went out to all of Tyria… I don’t have it but the other 4/5 of the accounts in my household got it. Please assist.
