I moved across the county last week just setting up my comp again and noticed I can’t find where to change my account email. I had to disable the email ip varification just to log into support. If anyone could let me what I have to do to change my email so I can reactivate my ip varification would be most gratefull.

This is his father, my account was wrongly terminated 12 days ago for “botting” instead of them simply sucking it up and saying we made a mistake sorry they went for the we though someone was hacking your account thats why it was terminated.

Why they just didn’t say sorry is anyones guess could be if they admit they have a problem with their current system it would open a whole can of worms for them.

Anyway very disapointed with this company and the way they handled this.

Oh my account was reinstated a few hours ago just incase anyone was wondering

9 Days now and no fix for the problem I did not cause.

Ok its now been 7 days with no change or notice. Even when you figure out you wrongly accused me of botting I will still have been punished for something I didn’t do.

My account was terminated for something I did not do “botting” but that is not the question. The false accusation is currently under review. Now the question, I just logged into vent to see how guildies are doing and was informed by one of my guild mates that my account was logged in yesterday the 25th for a short period of time. I was under the impression that I was the only one with my password and at no point would an imployee of Anet or NCSoft ever have access to my password. He sent a tell to my toon to welcome me back and then my account promptly logged out. Whats up?

Tried logging in my account is still not active.

I play alot of hours; I am retired. I am an old school gammer and do most of my play grinding gear and gold as that is what I am used to doing. I have been playing MMO’s for over 19 years started with UO release and this is the first time I have ever had any sort of problem with a Vendor. On the 21st I was grinding out loadstones in EB to sell to buy gear for my Guardian. When I grind I have no problems doing this for hours on end; I don’t mind the grind. I found having my account terminated for doing nothing wrong and something I have done for 19+ years to be upsetting to say the least. Now I am forced to jump through these hoops to have an account returned to me when it should have never been taken in the first place. I understand there are bot users out there and you are trying to remove them from the game but that should never be at the cost of players following the rules.
