I’m having an issue doing the mobile auth for my account. I had it setup, got a new phone… forgot to unlink it on my old phone so now I can’t play the game as it’s asking me for my phone. I am writing this on a computer that has been trusted… My ticket ID is -

963938:Remove Mobile Auth From My Account

I do have another ticket open, I thought I just wasn’t getting replies.

959622:Cannot Auth My Account (first ticket)

Both are for the same issue. Please let me know the status of this issue. I would really like to be able to play again.
