GaileGray that may help some people but it doesn’t address any of the issues most of us are having. The items or gold are not “misplaced” you treat us as if we are morons. It has been clearly stated its an issue on YOUR end with the BLTC it took our money it took our items that people had listed and never gave anything back.

For example i went to buy 4 Globs of Ectoplasm which turned out to be during the time the BLTC was messing up which i had no idea about at the time. I click buy it says error failed transaction NO money was taken from my invo at the time.

So i assume ok it messed up no money was taken im fine lets try ordering those 4 again error happens again and again NO gold is removed from the invo at the time. Ok lets try another time maybe its being weird atm same exact thing happens.

Ok maybe a lot of people are buying globs at once and i need to try ordering 1 at a time i do that error again no money removed at all during this entire time.

BLTC goes down say oh well ill buy the glob of ectoplasm later still have all gold in my invo at this time. I go about my day mining and killing in orr a couple hours later im looking through my bags to see what ive gathered etc look at my gold total and im missing like 3-4g i did not log out once during this entire time.

So im like ok thats weird but then it occurs to me that the gold was taken by the BLTC for the globs i ordered even tho it kept saying error. So i just wait it out figuring when the BLTC is back up ill collect the globs even tho its like 9 more than i ordered.

BLTC finally comes back up i go to my pick up tab and nothing is there ok wtf is going on? I check my items ive bought tab and it shows 4 globs of ecto bought 3 times and 1 ecto bought separately exactly how it was when i was getting the errors.

The BLTC took my money and did not give me the items back when it came back up this has nothing to do with a delay for the items to be received it has been over 20 hours. Plenty of other people have this exact same issue as me or the issue where the posted things on the BLTC and it sold but they never got sent money.

It is on your end thoroughly check the logs and you’ll see that it says the items where bought but where never picked up. Hopefully you guys are able to see that since it seems you lack a lot of tools other MMO’s have from what ive seen.

If i sound rude or something i apologize but it seems like you think we are all morons and this issue is on our end and you guys are perfect and do nothing wrong your system is flawless etc. Which is not the case this time a lot of us have missing items/gold that was never delivered to us through the BLTC.

Same thing has happened to a lot of us and ArenaNet hasn’t even acknowledged that anything is wrong. It has nothing to do with being hacked or anything along those lines its clearly from the bugged BLTC on 9/19/2012 hopefully by morning Devs who care read these threads and fix the problem and we all get the items/gold that was stolen from us by this buggy BLTC. If not a lot of people are going to be reallykitten off.

I have no idea how the coding for trading post works but im seeing people saying they sold Glob of ectoplasm and don’t have any gold in pick up despite the item being taken. While my issue is i bought globs of ecto had my money taken and no globs to pick up. So my guess is that while the tp was in its up/down phase when it came up and people bought stuff from it Ectos for example Me as player A bought Ecto from player B on the trading post the TP received this code and took the money from my inventory and the glob of ecto that player B had posted but never sent the code that would Send the money to player B to be picked up and never sent the ecto for me to pick up. Similar thing most likely happened with people cancelling buy orders/sell orders the tp recieved the code to cancel these but never did the code to send back the money/item to the player. Now like i said im not saying the tp works with codes like that but its just a guess as to what has happened i doubt it has anything to do with a delay and arenanet needs to actually look into the issue and manually fix it.

Can we get a better detailed response? I know about this delayed delivery thing because it happened to me during the first set of issues with the TP near release and everything got delivered the minute it came back up. Now we have tons of people who have lost money during the time the tp was up yesterday in between it crashing and having errors. It shows the items ive bought in the bought tab but nothing is in the pick up tab if it really is delayed how long should be expect to wait? an hour 5 hours 10 hours? Imo its more of an issue then it being delayed like something went wrong in the code and it took our money and never sent out the items because if it can show up in the items ive bought tab and take my money then why isnt it showing up in the pick-up tab just as quickly? Really need to know whats going on if you guys are looking into it or if it takes more than an hour to receive items. All these errors while buying happened for me 16 hours ago from what the trading post says i ordered all these globs of ecto that i never received and money was taken for.

Same thing happened to me. I had gotten errors while trying to buy Globs of Ectoplasm and Vicious fangs off the BLTC and at the time of the errors money was never taken away then later on i noticed im missing some gold but cant check anything cause BLTC is down then it comes up. I was expecting the orders that said error in buying to be in the pick up window and they aren’t i checked my items ive bought tab and its showing 13 Glob of Ectoplasm and 5 vicious fangs that i bought cause it kept saying error when trying to buy them. So golds missing its saying i bought these items when it gave me a error and no items to pick up. I hope its just a delay in them showing up or w/e but if not you guys need to look into this stat.
