The World Event protect the technicians as they rebuild penitent camp in Cursed Shore it’s bugged, the event bar doen’t move and the mobs doesn’t stop to attack always coming.
I can confirm this bug
It is impossible to keep Trahearne alive with risen respawning so fast. Something needs to be done with this quest
