Could we please request that you close the Trading Post while this issue is under investigation? It is now clear that it is not working as intended, although only affecting a certain amount of users.
However, users who are not aware of this issue will only experience it after the incident has occured and therefore generate more tickets.
Could we also please request that you make this issue public on this forum, such as a sticky post and follow-ups, so that users may be aware of the current state of the incident?
Edit: If the issue has indeed been solved, could you please inform us on the outcome of the bugged transactions experienced by users (lost gold, items, etc.) so that we may know what to expect and that we may begin using the Trading Post safely once again?
