Really seem like they have a big problem, my son saved to buy this game , went afk yesterday came home couldnt log in. A friend said he had been online all day.
Tried and tried reset pass new email and absolute no response form anyone.
No number to call , no help at all.
Makes me sad he bought this, seeing how many of you have problems.

we are having allmost the same issue, allthough ip is still the same but a different place.
Even though we keep changing email and password we cant log in getting the same error message , just bought the game 2 days ago and really sad to see this allready.
Wrote a ticket , no help so far .
