I can understand that programmers encounter issues that slow the process of fixing this Bug, if that’s the case, but what I find upsetting is the fact that you don’t take the decency of addressing us, Your Paying (UNSATISFIED) Customers, about the progress of your work on it. We have the right, as this is an item from the Gem Store, to at least be aware of the situation and be well-informed until it is fixed and we have the product we paid for as we paid for it.
