Guild Wars 2

My ticket is 6 days old. Still not a single response. I would at least like to know whats going on with my account. Ref # 121024-000522

My account has been wrongfully terminated. I have sent them 2 messages in the support section and my account has not been unblocked nor have i received a single message updating me on whats going on with my account. It has been 5 days now and I am becoming very frustrated with them.
Can anybody give me some insight as to how long it takes for them to respond or even investigate my issue?
I paid good money for this game and have read and followed all the rules.
