So evidently there is nothing wrong with dual boxing two accounts, queuing at the same time but go to different teams, then logging one off during the match…

[Build] FT/EG condition damage

Your build is not very good at all.

+damage % traits are a total waste for condition builds. You should focus more on Might than +damage%.
Rampagers would be leaps and bounds better for PvE than Rabid.
20 points to get Incendiary Powder for a FT build is a total waste. You have 2 burns already just by using FT.
I could go on, but it’s not worth the time.

Honestly, you can throw EG into any build and call it “support”.

Firearms for damage, Tools for survivability.

The Badashell Build for Engineers:

I am not a min-maxxer, so I will not claim this to be the end-all-be-all of builds, but it’s working well for me. This trait allocation allows for a lot of flexibility without going back to see the trainer. It is a 10-30-0-0-30 build that is generally built around the pistol and shield with grenades and tools available. It is a Static Discharge build. I typically wear a mix of Valkyrie armor and weapons with Berserker trinkets. I do swap to Flamethrower Kit sometimes in groups for massive AoE and mob tagging potential and use Carrion in place of the Valkyrie for that. I use Superior Sigil of Generosity and Superior Sigil of Force also.

Standard:

Flamethrower Alternate:

Abilities:
Pistol & Shield
are a great combo. They are what I prefer when I want damage more than control. With my other control options in this build, I choose this over Rifle. Pistol & Pistol is a waste to me as I have no shortage of damage options in this build either. Magnetic Shield is no joke and it’s not uncommon to throw it up and chunk of the target’s health disappear.

Med Kit works well with Superior Runes of the Centaur. It also has the lowest heal cooldown (Bandage Self, 15.5 seconds) due to being on the Tool Belt and having points in Tools. Techincally, Healing turret is a lower cooldown if you pick it up immediately after putting it down, but somewhat cumbersome to do and doesn’t work near as well with the runes. Between the runes six piece combo bonus and the Drop Stimulant ability, you can keep permanent swiftness up. Drop Stimulant is also very good to provide extra crit chance you may miss out on without the Utility Goggles.

Grenade Kit is in this build mostly for the Tool Belt ability, Grenade Barrage(23s) which hits like a truck. Grenades provide a situational form of long range damage as well. This is probably where Rifle Turret would go in a normal Static Discharge build. I don’t care if the cooldown is under 8 seconds, it still hits like a wet noodle.
Flamethrower Kit is the alternate here.

Personal Battering Ram and Tool Kit with Power Wrench are mainly in place for their Tool Belt skills which both provide cripple (19.25s & 15.5s). The extra utility from Tool Kit and the knockback are also very useful and provide a ton of control. A Pry Bar / Grenade Barrage combo will eat about half a health bar if you get crits.

Supply Crate is really the only choice for elite skill. The other ones lack way too much. Elixir X doesn’t fit this playstyle and Mortar is subpar to a traited grenade build.

Traits:
10 in Explosives for Incendiary Powder. This is a nice damage boost and a critical choice for when you swap over to flamethrower. Burning targets take 10% more damage from flamethrower #1 attack.

30 in Firearms for Rifled Barrels, Hair Trigger, and Coated Bullets. They all play into the pistol’s favor of being your main attack weapon. I don’t go with Infused Precision here as I am using Centaur runes. For a rifle build, I would keep them the same and swap Coated Bullets for Rifle Mod. For the flamethrower alternate, I use Precise Sights, Fireforged Trigger, and Juggernaut.

0 in Inventions. The only thing I would want from here is reduced shield cooldowns. The extra aggro is not worth it either.

0 in Alchemy. This is unfortunate, but it’s a damage build that doesn’t lean on HGH or stacks of might, but instead crits. Lots of good traits here. I wish I had 30 more trait points.

30 in Tools. This is my favorite trait line as I love my crit damage and love some reduced Tool Belt cooldowns. I use Static Discharge for the extra damage even though you will get the occasional extra mob in PvE. Power Wrench makes the Tool Kit worth having and provides the extra cripple. Adrenal Implant is what I use in this build since I have 0 traits left to provide for the Infused Precision / Invigorating Speed combo yet want to dodge more. On the way to it, you get 10% more damage when endurance is full and a full 30% cooldown reduction for all Tool Belt Abilities.
