‘Useless’ is a bit over the top. Glint and F2 still makes Herald very useful to have in the group for boon sharing. A well aimed CoR into the enemy zerg does huge damage , often nearly one shotting squishy backliners.
Pretty sure that’s because rev is not included as part of the base game, I think there is a HoT homepage somewhere with the revenant featured on it
