GW2 is using Glicko rating system algorithm.
Plz have a look on this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glicko_rating_system.
And you will clearly understand that your ladder depends on your activity (t parameter).

But they should revise this formula by redefining some parameters…

But, what if you drop 30 in illusions to 30 in inspiration.
no need to change Accessories & Jewels
Because in my opinion, IoL and portal are very important for the team
Play staff if you want for more survivability, but you can deal same amount of damage, removing boons / condition and so on
Moa Morph the Necro during his elite is too cool ;0

Last week-end I played with classic “utilities” (for classic shatter build):
Ether feast
Portal
Illusion of Life
Decoy (you can switch to another break stun, Blink)
Moa Morph (to counter Elite Plague from Necro(s) )

because of this meta, I advise you to take Phantasmal Disenchanter, depending of your teambuild.
Null field is not a good idea, due to recast time.
