Guild Wars 2

I cannot find a way to dedicate my video settings to AMD graphics Card. When I load up skyrim it prompts me to choose my graphics adapter where as Guild Wars does not. Is this game just not designed properly or is my laptop just not tuned to its settings

I also want to add that my laptop temperature is 45 degrees when this game runs where as skyrim it goes up to 85. I’m wondering why my computer is not using its full potential with this game.

5th generation I7 processor
AMD Radeon R9 M275 4GB
8GB RAM

I mean I play Skyrim on medium settings and that game looks ten times better than this one and It plays fine. 50 frames per second on average.
I am running this game on lowest settings and I’m barely averaging 30 frames.
Can anyone help me out ?

P.S all my drivers are updated.
