some guy ‘Doc got game’ who plays the game since a couple of months and already got invited to all press events including a studio tour.

Explain please. How come a new WvW ( commander) who does not even know half his abilities gets an invite and that HE decides who will join the beta?

Hello, prior to this specialization patch when the talent Steady Focus was chosen at least on longbow the tooltip of the autoattack was colored blue when the endurance was full that gave you indication that the bonus is active. After the specializations were introduced this is not a case anymore and it is not lighten up as blue when the talent is chosen anymore. Is it just a tooltip bug and if yes are you planning to bring it back?

This entire post is almost in entierety just a big ridicilous lie. Normally I would not waste my time giving someone so ridicilous attention but I’m not going to let anyone use our teams reputation to slander oter teams.

oRNG afkd instantly after lypion dcd and it worked against their favor because the person who did it, frae, was the closest person to mid point which needed to be reinforced. Meaning that the DC was actually in our favor. Big props to oRNG for stepping out like that even though they didnt need to do it.

It’s possible that verp spammed them about rotations but there is no proof that oRNG wanted to see what he spammed nor that they actually read it. Unlike OP here they’re good people with a great sense of competition.

Finally, we won the first game where the alleged rotation whispers happened. The other two games we simply lost due to them playing better. Lypion DCing out at the end of legacy didnt matter because we were going to give up that match anyway.

Oh and BTW; The whole part of Frae talking to this dude about ddosing lypion and all that is nothing but a lie. Lypion got DCD from the matches, not on TS.

Ignore whatever this kid has to say, it’s nothing but pathethic slander from a toxic noname in the community who does nothing but sit in top players twitch chats and try to get noticed.

Zan, I am really sorry for what happened. I know you want to defend your friends, but you can look at the first paragraph of second post and even play the twitch highlight. Tage KNEW that there were stealthed people on him and he dodged the shatter immediately after they open on him.
I am sorry, really sorry once again. But you guys do deserve a fair re-match. That will redeem myself too – it’s why i posted it in first place. If Frae wanted the whispers to stop, he’d block me ingame.

To people saying that oRNG didnt get a lot of advantage whatsoever: me and frae ended up communicating about stealth Plays etc, here’s a scene where Tage avoided COMPLETLY a 3 man burst from stealth where’d he be dead by a second since elementalist,thief and mesmer would load everything into him, but he was able to survive:

I still kept hitting Lypion internet lightly so he would have a slight lag, and of course kept helping oRNG with the information. The ESL admins/supervisors didn’t realise i was in the server at all allowing me to do this all the time, I’m pretty sure my name even flashed on the Twitch stream spectator list even though I tried to get off the server during downtimes so that noone would monitor and ban me from the server.

First off, I want to apologize most importantly to Blackjack, also known as Tim. Blackjack was accused of ddosing Lypion and took so much disrespect from people in HotM spreading the rumours. After the rumours have started spreading people automatically accused him for doing something that he took absolutely zero part in. What happened caused a reaction and ended up with Blackjack losing fans and the respect of some of the GW2 community. Tim has been my biggest inspiration in GW2, I love him as a player, I love him as a person. I feel like I let him down the most; he messaged me asking why I allowed what happened to happen, and there was nothing I could tell him. He is one of the coolest, nicest, funniest guys I have ever met; IRL and online.
I apologize to you Tim, hopefully this doesn’t change much.

Next is all of twitch/gw2 community/my fans/friends who weren’t mentioned. Sorry for letting you down, this will never happen again. I just hope that anyone who doesn’t know me won’t judge my character based off of this one event, I hope everyone can look past this and accept my apology. I also want to apologize to Frae for suggesting it and not stopping it in time, even after he asked me to leave in Game 1 when i disconnected Lypion from the game.

The biggest apology goes to the Team Civilized Gentlemen. They were the ones that deserved the win – and they would win, if they could play properly like they did in the WTS qualifier destroying oRNG 500-50. The guys missed on not only the money, but being the most popular team in the Guild Wars 2 esports – simply giving a great show to their fans. Especially big apology to Lypion for messing with his connection.

And I last want to apologize to ArenaNet/ESL for saying that this is by far the most unorganized tournament ever. Very unprofessional, poor foundation, little to no admins to help with unanswered questions, rules / whole way the tournament was ran was absurd. We played with people unregistered in our team we basically grabbed in HoTM after the tournament was supposed to start. No one ever tried checking anything, neither the IDs of my teammates nor that I was actually spectating the Grand Final games.

Sorry to everyone, hope that this clears everything up and that people can look past what happened, thanks for whoever read this.

Hey, I’m Verp (Verpm ingame) also known as Jae to many people. I played with the team Twitch Heroes in the ESL tournament with Phaeton and Yrit.Although we didn’t have any person from our usual lineup we decided to play it anyways and we pugged 2 warriors from map chat 5 minutes before the start of the tournament. Even though the first game of us was supposed to be a stomp we were actually chosen to be a match features on GW2 official stream. We knew it wasn’t a good idea and even suggested switching the match since we’d knew how it’d end but apparently the twitch chat voted who to see and we had to go with it. That’s how we got the password to the ESL’s Go4 arena, since all matches that are streamed are played in this one arena. After the game was over and the stomp happened I actually realised I could watch the matches inside arena, this started with a little fun of me following the players around and watching how they play out with their cooldowns and try to memorize the rotational play and then try mimicing it when practicing with my teammates. But when the Grand Finals came and I remained unnoticed it hit me – why not make an upset and help oRNG win. This was a dumb idea, and I’m really angry at myself for even thinking about it but being a careless and pretending troll i decided to go with it. I wasn’t even trying to mask it, I’ve been open about it and wanted to use it as a brag to my guildmates.
I decided to message Frae from oRNG, he was the one that was most likely to go with my plan. Since he was not able to play in past few cups, and with all the issues he suffered through last weeks not being able to play I knew he would be short on money since he dropped out of school in order to pursue his GW2 pro-gaming career. People like that tend to be desperate.I told myself he deserved to win and the money would help him. That’s how i excused my conciousness for a while and my plan to help oRNG. In my stupid young conciousness, I also made up that when I’ll make screenshots and share it with my TwitchChat guild guildmates – to show that I can be a big troll and gain their respect. We messed a bit with Frae and I started helping them with everything I could – I would call out cooldowns, rotations, where they’d go after death and even if I thought they could do 1v1s. Team oRNG got a MASSIVE advantage over it and would easily know which points to reinforce in which players and how to counter the enemys rotations on the map COMPLETELY. This gave no field of maneuver to TCG WHATSOEVER. ON the highest level of play, with players having such a huge amount of game knowledge there is nothing you can do, nor nowhere you can go when the enemy can counter your every single move. I will attach a little gallery below together with my adnotations, I wouldn’t do it but the reason I attach it is that ESL can arrange a re-match vs TCG and oRNG – this time a fair one. So both teams have a fair shot at a fair battle. Hopefully it is enough, that’s the least i can do for TCG at the moment.

The game started HUGELY in favor of TCG, with them having alot of advantage over map, but after the calls I’ve made and information i delivered to them oRNG were able to turn the tides of the game. However they seemed to start losing their flow at around 300 points in the game and I decided to start pinging Lypion – I’ve had his IP since he usually sits in an open TS3 channel – being in a same channel together lets you grab an IP of a player. I decided to hit hard when they started losing their stuff together.

Frae then goes to afk and the team has a huge advantage in 4v4. However, Lypion qucikly comes back and thanks to me – literally, oRNG loses the map since TCG is able to reinforce 5v4 without Lypion knowing Frae was afking after his net got hit off. I wanted to take a moment excuse Frae a little – he told me to leave the server and let them play after I commited the dos.
