I had this issue too. In that same run I also had the spawning items in the beginning where you wait pause annoyingly in the middle of the animation. I solved this issue by jumping out and enter a new session.

The Black Lion Trader in the Firebreak Fort won’t speak to me. He did speak to me a week ago or so and I haven’t done anything to him! The bank guy right next to him speaks. No hint is visible when standing next to him and pressing F anyway won’t trigger a TP dialog.

Tested on Gandara (in the unlikely event that this is server related).

I’ve spent a few evenings developing a new website for monitoring prices of high sell rate trade goods (ore, wood, salvage and crafting components etc). I did it because I found competing websites to display too much unwanted statistics on items that are irrelevant. My aim is to have a simple website you can take a glance at and know what goods are going well / bad at the moment and do your thing quickly on the BLTP and then go play fractals again ;-)
