I have been having the same ping issues too in Australia since about a week ago.
Ping suddenly went from a 240 average to a constant 400+ average making the game almost unplayable.
Can we get some kind of response for this? Because a lot of people from Australia are experiencing the same problem at the moment and it only affects gw2.
