Its almost been a week now since I updated ticket, and sadly, no reply yet.
Would it be alright for me to use my 800 gems and wait for customer support to do something about the excess? or I should just wait as is?

I think I got the refund I asked for the duplicate Phoenix light armor set in my bank. I got 1200 gems instead of 800, and the armor skin didn’t disappear in my bank. Was that supposed to happen?
If not, should I submit another ticket to correct this?
